FAQ
Each split ring on a Wanderchain can hold 35 enamel tokens. Any more than that and you can add on a second split ring here that can hold 35 more tokens (for a total of up to 70 tokens!).
Yes they are! Our Wanderchains and Necklaces will be shipped to you in a beautiful 2-piece Kraft box and separately ordered tokens come in our branded Kraft flat envelope or silk pouch.
We also offer Token Holder and Token Gift Packaging for a fee of $5.
The gift wrap includes a 2-piece sleek white branded jewelry box and a silk navy tied pouch.
As it is a gift, we also will not include any prices on the Order Sheet, only a summary of what was ordered, and the shipping information.
We make each of our Wanderchains and Enamel Rings with lots of love, it usually takes us about 1-3 business days to create your unique order. As soon as it's ready and shipped, we'll be sure to notify you via email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
If you would like your order sooner, please place your order with Priority Shipping, and we will rush process the crafting your order (will skip to the front of the line) and send it out with Priority Class Shipping (1 to 3 business days delivery). Orders with custom items (custom tokens, dates, monograms) could ship out longer than non-custom orders but we'll do our best to ship them out as soon as possible!
Orders with First Class Mail Shipping delivers in 3 to 5 business days from the time they are shipped.
That depends on where in the world you are! Based on the information provided to us by our mailing partners (USPS and DHL), the following shipping times can be expected:
- 3-6 business days to anywhere in the US (USPS First Class Shipping)
- 1-3 business days (USPS Priority)
- 1-2 weeks to Canada (USPS International Shipping)
- 1-3 weeks to Australia, the UK, and Europe (USPS International Shipping)
- 2-4 weeks to the rest of the world (USPS International Shipping)
We have a hassle free policy for all valid products (excludes personalization) within 30 days of receipt.
Product must be in new and sellable condition with all original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to The Wander Club (for both returns and exchanges, unless there was a mistake with your order).
For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost back to the buyer.

I initially order a keychain and tokens as a momento for my niece who traveled to 16 different countries while studying abroad! She absolutely LOVES it!!! The quality is amazing, the shipment fast, I have kept the initial email I got from The Wanders Club because it put a smile on my face (just wait until your first order), and I have since ordered two more for myself and friends who love to travel! These tokens are the souvenir keepsakes of all of your travels and visits to landmarks, national parks, theme parks, etc. I absolutely love them and currently have 8 token holders containing tokens from the places I’ve traveled to or seen.
We often forget all the great places we’ve been & people we’ve met along our life’s journey. Wander Club is a gentle, unencumbering reminders we can carry with us always. No more need for magnets you leave at home. Or other items too big to take with you or too many taking up space. The discs/charms are easy to flip through & travel back through time in one’s mind’s eye.

As for the company, they are impeccable. Customer service beyond compare. Price points are affordable. And the product…. There are knock offs but these are the quality our memories deserve.

My husband started my collection of National Parks and we’ve expanded to a second ring of famous Landmarks. That speaks to how much we enjoy collecting tokens.
Absolute perfect way to display and remember some of your favorite travels. Purchased as a Christmas gift for my 16 year old daughter who just Traveled Europe. She loves it!
I have seen other companies with the same idea of travel tokens but they are nowhere near as nice as those from TWC. Having the country flags on each token is a winner. These are great gifts for our family as we purchase tokens each year to go with our family trips. Also love the contribution to programs that clean up our planet. Keep it up The Wander Club!
I saw an ad for your Wander Club an had to check it out. I have been many places in my life ( with many more to go I hope) and this is the perfect way to commemorate them. My daughter and son-in-law are avid travelers and love the State and National Parks so when I saw your ad I knew this would be the perfect gift for them. They were overjoyed!
