FAQ
Each split ring on a Wanderchain can hold 35 enamel tokens. Any more than that and you can add on a second split ring here that can hold 35 more tokens (for a total of up to 70 tokens!).
Yes they are! Our Wanderchains and Necklaces will be shipped to you in a beautiful 2-piece Kraft box and separately ordered tokens come in our branded Kraft flat envelope or silk pouch.
We also offer Token Holder and Token Gift Packaging for a fee of $5.
The gift wrap includes a 2-piece sleek white branded jewelry box and a silk navy tied pouch.
As it is a gift, we also will not include any prices on the Order Sheet, only a summary of what was ordered, and the shipping information.
We make each of our Wanderchains and Enamel Rings with lots of love, it usually takes us about 1-3 business days to create your unique order. As soon as it's ready and shipped, we'll be sure to notify you via email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
If you would like your order sooner, please place your order with Priority Shipping, and we will rush process the crafting your order (will skip to the front of the line) and send it out with Priority Class Shipping (1 to 3 business days delivery). Orders with custom items (custom tokens, dates, monograms) could ship out longer than non-custom orders but we'll do our best to ship them out as soon as possible!
Orders with First Class Mail Shipping delivers in 3 to 5 business days from the time they are shipped.
That depends on where in the world you are! Based on the information provided to us by our mailing partners (USPS and DHL), the following shipping times can be expected:
- 3-6 business days to anywhere in the US (USPS First Class Shipping)
- 1-3 business days (USPS Priority)
- 1-2 weeks to Canada (USPS International Shipping)
- 1-3 weeks to Australia, the UK, and Europe (USPS International Shipping)
- 2-4 weeks to the rest of the world (USPS International Shipping)
We have a hassle free policy for all valid products (excludes personalization) within 30 days of receipt.
Product must be in new and sellable condition with all original packaging.

Love my current MLB tokens. The Wander Club markets them in my opinion to place them on a key ring/chain. I believe they should come with a warning that daily wear and tear reaching in a pocket or purse for example can cause the tokens to fade, smear or other issues basically making the token partially blank. They do have a lifetime warranty and will and have replaced all that I have very conveniently. I just suggest this is posted on the site during purchase and possibly suggest just displaying them like a shadow box which I’m doing with my replacements moving forward. It’s great showing them off on a key chain to friends but they won’t last. Gave 4 stars, but easily a 5 just to bring this to their attention.
Love my Wander Club tokens. It’s a nice way to share your travel memories. I have purchased 3 keychains and multiple tokens over the years for myself and kids. Always fun to get. Most of my older ones are the legacy tokens but I recently got the new tokens and I love the colors and images on them. I will probably overtime replace my legacy tokens with the new ones. Great quality and long lasting.
I ordered the Hollywood Sign token for my daughter. Her fiancé surprised her with a trip to Hollywood for her birthday. The first picture she took on the trip was of the Hollywood sign. I know she will love this latest token to add to her token holder.
Absolutely loved our national park tokens! They are so beautiful and the quality is also great! Can’t wait to collect more!
My sister gave us our first few tokens to commemorate some of our travels together to Scotland and several National Parks. I now have tokens from all 30 of the Parks and 10 countries we’ve visited. They bring back such wonderful memories and, as they are on the backpack we take on our travels, never fail to start a conversation with other fellow sojourners. We love them.
Just received my order of Cities tokens and they are awesome. Had fun just going through the list of available cities and great memories of my travels once my order arrived. Still a few cities I would like to add to my collection and some cities that aren’t available yet. I hope they are available soon. 🤞
