FAQ
Each split ring on a Wanderchain can hold 35 enamel tokens. Any more than that and you can add on a second split ring here that can hold 35 more tokens (for a total of up to 70 tokens!).
Yes they are! Our Wanderchains and Necklaces will be shipped to you in a beautiful 2-piece Kraft box and separately ordered tokens come in our branded Kraft flat envelope or silk pouch.
We also offer Token Holder and Token Gift Packaging for a fee of $5.
The gift wrap includes a 2-piece sleek white branded jewelry box and a silk navy tied pouch.
As it is a gift, we also will not include any prices on the Order Sheet, only a summary of what was ordered, and the shipping information.
We make each of our Wanderchains and Enamel Rings with lots of love, it usually takes us about 1-3 business days to create your unique order. As soon as it's ready and shipped, we'll be sure to notify you via email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
If you would like your order sooner, please place your order with Priority Shipping, and we will rush process the crafting your order (will skip to the front of the line) and send it out with Priority Class Shipping (1 to 3 business days delivery). Orders with custom items (custom tokens, dates, monograms) could ship out longer than non-custom orders but we'll do our best to ship them out as soon as possible!
Orders with First Class Mail Shipping delivers in 3 to 5 business days from the time they are shipped.
That depends on where in the world you are! Based on the information provided to us by our mailing partners (USPS and DHL), the following standard shipping times can be expected:
- 3-6 business days to anywhere in the US
- ~1 week to Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe
- ~1-2 weeks to the rest of the world
We have a hassle free policy for all valid products (excludes personalization) within 30 days of receipt.
Product must be in new and sellable condition with all original packaging.

Ordered this for my travel-addicted daughter for Christmas, and she absolutely loved it! A great way to remember all of her trips.
I had always looked at these and considered starting a set. WE were gifted a set with all the tokens for trips WE had gone on with a group of my husband’s business partners. My husband claimed the WHOLE set (on left in photo). So, I ordered a set with the tokens for all the trips we had taken together or with our family. (Right side of pic). Our granddaughter will find some under the Christmas tree this year to start her set. They are a perfect size and an instant trip down Memory Lane.
We love our wander club tokens. We just went on a big three month trip to Europe and bought all of our countries we visited this summer. I’m even surprising my boys with one that they can build slowly
What a way to hold your travel memories close! I ordered as a gift and I’m pretty sure it was the best birthday gift my sister received. She is going to purchase more tokens for her previous travels after the 14 tokens I already gifted her. That’s how much she loves her wander club travel tokens. This gift was a HUGE hit! Great for that special someone who is hard to shop for.
I’m a flight attendant of 25 years. I have started a collection for each of my children. I started with 12 for each child. They are adults but they travel at least 1x month. I assembled the keychains and they were all so excited when I gifted them. I am starting a keychain for my niece who is 5 and just got her passport. The charms are the perfect size and the colors are bright and vibrant. I’m excited to continue adding charms to our collections. This is a great gift idea. Compared to other companies’ products, the quality and craftsmanship of Wander Club is superior.
I was instantly impressed by the idea of collecting tokens, but then I wasn't sure. I waited a while with a cart full of every place I'd been. Then the day came when I purchased. There was one problem, though, the flag for one of my favorite countries was incorrect due to the country changing its flag recently. I reached out in the FB group and within 24 hrs the flag was updated. This level of customer service was mind-blowing. So, I bought all the countries my daughter went to. That's when I found out that as a member, you get points and I had enough points from my first purchase to off set the cost of the new purchase. I love the tokens, they came in a beautiful collector's velvet pouch and I can't wait to keep purchasing more as my travels increase. Great product and outstanding customer service!
