How long will it take to receive my gift card?

Digital gift cards are emailed to you after check out. 

Delivery time for physical gift cards is based on processing time plus shipping time. You’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Processing: Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders with Custom Tokens, Personalization, or Monograms need 2 to 3 extra business days to process. Need it sooner? Choose an expedited shipping option at checkout and we’ll process your order within 1 business day.

Standard shipping times:

  • US: 3 to 6 business days
  • Canada, Australia, the UK and Europe: about 1 week
  • Rest of the world: about 1 to 2 weeks

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Please note: During busy periods like holidays and promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Do you offer any quality guarantees on the products?

Yes! We're so confident in our craftsmanship that we offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our products! We use high quality solid brass, hard enamel, full-grain leather, and vegan leather for our products to ensure  they last.

No "clear" way to use gift card

I have a gift card but there does not seem to be any way to redeem it. There is no option to apply a gift card at checkout. Love the products, but should be easier to redeem a gift card.

Custom tokens make special gifts
