FAQ
Each split ring on a Wanderchain can hold 35 enamel tokens. Any more than that and you can add on a second split ring here that can hold 35 more tokens (for a total of up to 70 tokens!).
Yes they are! Our Wanderchains and Necklaces will be shipped to you in a beautiful 2-piece Kraft box and separately ordered tokens come in our branded Kraft flat envelope or silk pouch.
We also offer Token Holder and Token Gift Packaging for a fee of $5.
The gift wrap includes a 2-piece sleek white branded jewelry box and a silk navy tied pouch.
As it is a gift, we also will not include any prices on the Order Sheet, only a summary of what was ordered, and the shipping information.
We make each of our Wanderchains and Enamel Rings with lots of love, it usually takes us about 1-3 business days to create your unique order. As soon as it's ready and shipped, we'll be sure to notify you via email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
If you would like your order sooner, please place your order with Priority Shipping, and we will rush process the crafting your order (will skip to the front of the line) and send it out with Priority Class Shipping (1 to 3 business days delivery). Orders with custom items (custom tokens, dates, monograms) could ship out longer than non-custom orders but we'll do our best to ship them out as soon as possible!
Orders with First Class Mail Shipping delivers in 3 to 5 business days from the time they are shipped.
That depends on where in the world you are! Based on the information provided to us by our mailing partners (USPS and DHL), the following shipping times can be expected:
- 3-6 business days to anywhere in the US (USPS First Class Shipping)
- 1-3 business days (USPS Priority)
- 1-2 weeks to Canada (USPS International Shipping)
- 1-3 weeks to Australia, the UK, and Europe (USPS International Shipping)
- 2-4 weeks to the rest of the world (USPS International Shipping)
We have a hassle free policy for all valid products (excludes personalization) within 30 days of receipt.
Product must be in new and sellable condition with all original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to The Wander Club (for both returns and exchanges, unless there was a mistake with your order).
For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost back to the buyer.

I love these items! I think it is so cool that somebody has come up with this idea, not just for countries, but for ballparks, national parks, and landmarks as well. Great gift for any age especially older people that don't want to accumulate junk around the house. It's a great conversation starter and a reminder of all the wonderful places you've been. I bought the purple Alzheimer's holder and a high quality leather. I bought 15 tokens and they're very well made with nice colors. My order shipped quickly and my items arrived in a really nice blue velvet pouch with a small card with information about the owner and the company. I love that they give back to the planet as well🥰
I started collecting the tokens last year and have enjoyed showing them off to others that ask. It is a perfect and easy way to remember all my adventures and life achievements around the world. I love them so much that I start a collection for my travel buddy. Also I live by the note of “buy the ticket” meaning don’t let life pass you. So being able to have special tokens made with that on it was the cherry on top.

These tokens are perfect for any traveler wanting to collect a cool keepsake. I love all the different categories they offer. Maybe they’ll offer different bodies if water around the planet (Indian Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, East China Sea etc).
I have started collected these for all my travels and started a collection for both of my kids as a Christmas present this year. I can’t wait for them to open it and continue their collection.
