FAQ
That depends on where in the world you are! Based on the information provided to us by our mailing partners (USPS and DHL), the following shipping times can be expected:
- 1-5 business days to anywhere in the US (USPS First Class Shipping, USPS First Class Mail Postage, USPS Priority)
- 1-6 business days to anywhere in the world (DHL Express International)
- 1-2 weeks to Canada (USPS International Shipping)
- 1-3 weeks to Australia, the UK, and Europe (USPS International Shipping)
- 2-4 weeks to the rest of the world (USPS International Shipping)
Because we hand make each of our Wanderchains and Engraved Rings with lots of love, it usually takes us about 1-2 business days to create your unique order. As soon as it's ready and shipped, we'll be sure to notify you via email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
If you would like your order sooner, please place your order with Priority Shipping, and we will rush process and craft your order within 1 business day, and send it out with Priority Class Shipping.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hi@thewanderclub.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will happily respond within 1 business day to address any concerns, or help you start a refund or exchange, hassle-free!
Product must be in new and sellable condition with all original packaging. We are not able to accept returns for Custom Tokens or monogrammed Wanderchains.
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless it is a mistake on our part, then we are happy to cover the cost.
For domestic exchanges, we will cover the cost of return shipping to you. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of the return.
